POW Social Media, the Leading Digital Marketing Agency in the Caribbean, is looking for an organized Social Media Project Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for spearheading the structure of marketing campaigns, leading project meetings to discuss campaigns, and identifying solutions to improve the performance of clients’ pages.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Know key principles of advertising on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google/Youtube, TikTok, and LinkedIn and how to analyze the performance of the ads
– Manage various aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel such as copywriters, graphic designers, photographers, and videographers
– Create goals and benchmarks to meet with tailored marketing campaigns for different clients
– Partner with clients’ advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
– Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of team management and project management protocols
– Ensure team deliverables for campaigns and events are organized and completed on time
