Our Returns Policy is subject to change without notice. Please review our Returns Policy before making a purchase.

FULL REFUNDS

Internet Income Jamaica will be happy to provide a full refund upon your return of goods/services purchased if the following conditions are met:

a) The item being returned is not in the list of non-returnable items listed below:

  1. Compact Discs
  2. Memory Cards and Flash Drives
  3. Inks, toners and printers
  4. Mobile Phones
  5. Computer laptops, desktops, and Kindles
  6. Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  7. Downloadable Products/Software
  8. Gift cards 
  9. Prepaid phone cards or phone credit
  10. Prepaid game cards 
  11. Electronic Games
  12. Some jewellery orders
  13. Some health and personal care items
  14. Grocery products
  15. Open software
  16. Wine

b) The original manufacturer’s packaging of the item being returned has NOT been opened.

ii. If it is an item that is not in the manufacturer’s sealed packaging, then the item being returned for refund must NOT have been used, marked, defaced, or in any way devalued from its original condition. 

c) You return the product within 5 business days of receiving it. 

Please note: Full Refunds will be done via the same payment method used when the item was purchased, unless otherwise specified. Note that we are unable to offer cash refunds. 

 

STORE CREDITS

You may return items sold and fulfilled by Internet Income Jamaica within 5 business days of delivery for an equivalent value in store credits if the item does not qualify for a full refund.

You will be assessed a restocking fee of 15% if the item being returned is not in its originally sealed packaging, where special packaging was not provided, the item must be in original condition. This applies to all technology products including, without limitation: Computers, Monitors, Cameras, Camcorders, Projectors, Printers, Copiers, Faxes, Shredders, Telephones, Wireless Technology, DVD Players, Media, Hard Drives, Peripherals, Accessories, and Software. Furniture in new condition, unassembled, in the original packaging, with the original receipt and with UPC code intact may also be returned within 5 business days of purchase. 

All returns must be sent in their original packaging, unopened and new, within 5 business days of receipt and must be accompanied by a copy of your valid identification, proof of address, receipt and delivery note received from the delivery agent.

Your Internet Income Jamaica store credits will be sent to you or added to your account within 5 business days of receipt and acceptance of your return.

If an item is returned and upon review, we identify that the issue was not a result of a Internet Income Jamaica. or Vendor error, then we will deduct the cost of shipping plus restocking fee of 15% and send you the difference into Store Credits.

Returns made after the required 5 business days period, and subject to any statutory rules which may apply, will be subject to a 70% returns, handling and restocking fee.

Internet Income Jamaica. is unable to process cash refunds for returned goods. Goods purchased and paid for by the method of Cash on Delivery, if being refunded will be refunded by the method of bank transfer or store credits. Store credits can only be used to make purchases on Internet Income Jamaica.

UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS

Subject to any statutory rules which may apply, the following shall be not accepted for return:

a) Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.

b) Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product

c) Any product that exhibits physical damage including burns, dents, scratches broken parts, bent CPU pins, misuse, insect infestation, spilt liquids, damage caused from incorrect installation and improper handling, abuse, accident, alteration, neglect, unauthorized repair or installation.

d) Any product with a broken warranty seal or any signs of an attempted repair.

e) Intimate clothing such as swimsuits, bras and underwear.

f) Gift cards and software (downloadable products)

g) Groceries, fruit baskets and flowers.

Please Note: 

Product descriptions and compatibility can be reasonably assured in most cases but can never be guaranteed; a product that is incompatible in a specific hardware/software environment is not considered to be a defective product.
